Do you have any concerns about the course at this time? (Give details)

I  worried about my summary even it iwas been finished. I also have many concerns about my listening, because sometimes, I can not understand its meaning.  Although I know there is uselessful to worried about my next assessments, I still feel very stressful.

  How do you think class time can be used more effectively?

I think different students have different understanding about use class time effectively. For me, I feel that we have not enough time to analyse more medels of summary and solvt problems againest to each people, because different students have different problems in writing. I still do not like our words games at the begining of our classes. I know it is good for us to learning more words, but in order to pass our assessments, I think we need to save this part of time to read more or writing more, even I like these games very much. One of my own problem was that last week, I was not wo rk as hard as normal. I need to change it now. 

My concern is summary. I think we should use more time to summary, inluding teaching and practice more. I think that although we learned it before, but now, we have new requirements in next test. So, I hope we can learn more about summary, and step bu step.

If I teaching this class, the first difference, I am sure,  this class will be boring very much. ^-^ Maybe I will choose other vocabulary game, because I think this game use some words which are too different. Another difference is that maybe I will practice how to summary a chart more, because I think it is very useful for our next assessment.

1) Which sounds do you have difficulty hearing and/or producing?

I feel it is different to pronounce these sounds:   /m/ /n/ /η/. I know that they are used in different words, but I can not discriminate them. All of them are pronounced like /n/ by me.

2) What do you think you should do to try and improve your pronunciation?

In order to improve my pronunciation, I am trying to talk with kiwi people as much as I can. You know, different place have different accent, so I have  an obvious Chinese accent. Sometimes, it is difficult to let other people understand my words only once. However, it is a good practice to my pronounciation. Moreover, using correct pronounciation carefully when I am talking is another good method to improve it. This sounds easy, but doing it is very hard I think. In fact, there are many ways to improve my pronounciation, the key step is just pay attention to correct sounds and practice it again and again.  

Although this post named My First Blog, it is not my first time to write a blog. In fact, I had many blog in different place when I studied in high school, such as QQ Zone, Sina Blog and Wangyi Blog. However, with busier and busier studying life, I give up them. By the way, this is my first time to write an English blog.

All of my posts are just writen by myself. I like to write some feeling about my life or everything. My words have a special style, maybe sometimes it is too negative, but many friends like my writing. After I bought my cats, I start to write something  about my cats, like how they play with me. 

Writing a blog in English is a good method to practice our English, so it is useful. We used to learn English from books and teachers’ teaching in China. That is the reason why we use English  in a mechanical way. I find that when I study in my class, I can understand teachers’ words clearly. However, when I talk with some kiwi people, I feel hard to understand, because I do not know many idioms. Therefore, I think the importance of writing a blog is that we can learn more idioms from other people’s blog, then remember them and use them.
